Kalle Brunö, Consulting Manager & Principal Business Consultant at cpq.se — a specialist consultancy where configure, price, quote for complex products is all we do. Founded 2019, based in Uppsala and Stockholm, working with European manufacturers. I lead the consulting team and stay hands-on in deliveries.

Requirements work that produces decisions instead of wish lists, scope control, pilot design, go-live planning, adoption in the field, and the handover — the part most projects treat as a formality and I treat as the actual goal. Plus the craft of leading consultants: staffing, quality, and keeping ten projects honest at once.

Perspective
CPQ projects rarely fail at go-live; they fail quietly in week two of requirements, when wishes get collected instead of decisions made. The fix is rarely more technology. It's smaller scope, honest status colors, users in the room earlier, and a handover plan written on day one. If the customer can't run it without you, you didn't finish the project — you moved into it.
